District 56 is generally bordered by I-440 to the north, Harding Pike and Highway 100 to the west, the Williamson County border to the south, and I-65/Edmondson Pike/Nolensville Pike to the east. The area includes Green Hills, Oak Hill, Forest Hills, Crieve Hall, Edmondson, and Belle Meade.
